Delivery Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our Customer Service toll free on 1800 199 168 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver

We deliver to all addresses within Australia and most international locations as well. Orders will be posted by Australia Post or couriers, so both street address and PO Box address are acceptable. In most of the scenarios, orders will be placed in your letterbox, no signature is needed.

Where are the orders sent from

We have warehouses in Australia and the US. So depending on the delivery address and our warehouse stock level, your order will shipped from one of our warehouses. We will try to fulfill your order at the nearest and fastest warehouse.

How and when we deliver

Most of the orders will be dispatched in one to three business days. Also, there might have some scenarios lead to the delay of dispatch, like labels re-print, printer break down and other unexpected happens. An estimated dispatch date will be displayed at the shopping cart page. Please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
